Discover

We begin by identifying the skills, behaviours and capability areas most important to your organisation. This ensures the right diagnostic tools are selected for your needs.

Assess

Participants complete assessments that measure capability, style or potential. These can be delivered individually or across teams to provide a clear picture of strengths and gaps.

Debrief

Results are unpacked in a facilitated group or 1:1 coaching debrief. Insights are linked directly to workplace challenges and opportunities for development.

Apply

Findings are used to shape learning pathways, coaching programs and organisational strategies, turning diagnostic insight into measurable development.

The right tool for the right insight

Self-assessment tools

These tools help individuals reflect on their own skills, preferences and behaviours. Common examples include DiSC, HBDI and the TMP, which provide a baseline for personal growth and are often used as a starting point for coaching or training programs.

180-degree feedback tools

Feedback from managers or direct reports provides individuals with valuable perspective on their performance and how they are perceived. Tools such as the Genos Emotional Intelligence assessment are effective for developing emerging leaders and strengthening team relationships.

360-degree feedback tools

Full-circle feedback gathers insights from peers, managers and direct reports. Widely used options include Hogan 360, Leadership Circle Profile and our public sector capability-aligned 360 surveys, which offer a comprehensive view of leadership strengths and areas for development.
