Ashwick Education is a training provider dedicated to strengthening the capability of public sector and public purpose organisations. We design and deliver programs that are practical, contextualised, and aligned to government frameworks. Our focus is on equipping people with the skills and confidence to perform at their best, while enabling organisations to achieve their strategic and service delivery goals.

Our story

How we started

Ashwick Education was founded in 2025 with a vision to close the gap between training and real outcomes for the public sector. While many training providers work with government, few focus exclusively on it. Those that do are often boutique firms limited to a narrow field of expertise. Ashwick was created to offer something broader: a trusted partner able to support government skills development across a wide range of capability areas.

Our first program, Organisational Agility: The art of re-prioritising, helped managers reprioritise their team’s energy in the wake of major organisational change, a constant challenge in government workplaces. This was quickly followed by Policy Development for Non-Policy Practitioners, designed for staff who contribute to policy development without being part of specialist policy teams. These early programs reflected Ashwick’s commitment to creating practical learning that responds directly to sector needs.

Although Ashwick Education is newly established, its roots draw on more than 30 years of experience in organisational development with public sector clients. Our founders recognised that by combining deep knowledge of government frameworks with engaging, outcome-focused design, it was possible to deliver programs that translate capability frameworks into practical skills for staff at every level.

Today, Ashwick works with agencies and public purpose organisations across Australia to design and deliver programs that uplift workforce capability. Every program is tailored to context, grounded in evidence, and focused on building confidence, skills and impact where they are needed most.
